Orders, Deliveries & Customer Responsibilities

In the event of a failed delivery due to incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by the customer, JBR Foods reserves the right to recover any additional costs incurred for re-delivery, re-processing, return shipping, or related logistics expenses.
Before placing an order, customers are advised to carefully review the product description, ingredients, quantity, pricing, delivery information, and applicable conditions. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to deliver orders within the estimated timelines displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, public holidays, transportation delays, customs procedures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
For international orders, customers are responsible for complying with local import regulations and paying any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.
Food Products & Allergens
Our products may contain or be processed in facilities that handle nuts, dairy, gluten, sesame, soy, and other allergens. Customers with allergies or dietary restrictions are advised to carefully review product information before consumption.
As our products are food items, slight variations in taste, texture, color, packaging, or presentation may occur depending on ingredients, seasonality, and manufacturing batches.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the perishable nature of food products, returns are generally not accepted. Refunds or replacements may be offered in cases of damaged products, incorrect deliveries, or verified quality concerns reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with relevant supporting evidence.
Orders may be cancelled prior to processing and dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted. Customized, bulk, festive, or special-order products may not be eligible for cancellation.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the use of this website, purchase of products, or these Terms & Conditions shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably between the parties.
In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the matter shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, including any statutory amendments thereto. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by JBR Foods. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be New Delhi, India, and the proceedings shall be conducted in English.
Subject to the foregoing arbitration provision, the courts of New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all matters arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions.
