Another significant milestone was our participation during the sacred Chaumasa period in Surat under the guidance and presence of Gurudev Mahashraman Ji. For four continuous months, we successfully managed the bhojnalay, retail outlet, and catering services within the same premises. This experience demonstrated our ability to handle large-scale food service operations with discipline, consistency, and devotion while maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.
